Cincinnati State Technical College was founded in 1969 and has been a key component of higher education in the region for more than 50 years. But during a period of declining enrollment, leadership strategically began to rebrand the college. Pop was part of the awesome team that created new branding, logo, tagline, media blitz, marketing efforts, course materials, and websites. The effort was an immense success, increasing enrollment by 42% over the next three years.
